The end of the year for me is not about rushing or ticking boxes. It’s definitely not about Olivier salad (although it’s already waiting in the fridge). For me, it’s about a pause, an honest look at myself, and tuning my inner compass.
I want to share questions with you that help close the old year with gratitude and open the new one with joy.
I first created this questionnaire back in 2014 – for myself and my partner at that time. It feels like a completely different life. Back then, my partner refused to reflect on the year together, so I filled it out alone. Later, so much changed – in relationships, in choices, in me.
Today, at a very different point in life, my husband initiated reflecting on the year and planning the next one together. I suggested that questionnaire. He said, “With pleasure.” And in that moment, I saw my path of transformation, and was convinced again that dreams do come true, ideas can be realized, and the right people find us – or we find them.
So I’m sharing this with you. I don’t promise instant magic, although…

You may find it interesting and useful to answer all the questions – or only those that resonate right now. It doesn’t have to be done on New Year’s Eve.
You can do it alone or together with someone close. You can also turn it into a game with a big family or group – someone calls out a number, others answer.
You can return to this questionnaire several times.
We can also go through it together – I continue to consult on career and personal development and support the implementation of the boldest projects and decisions.
Reach out. I’m glad you’re here, my friends.
