  • • what is the best growth succession plan to develop for every key position;
  • • how to inculcate the areas of soft skills development;
  • • how to define the areas of meta-skills and professional skills development.

I organize and run an assessment center, a one-day event, where employees perform different activities in groups and individually, including a series of tests, mock scenarios, and exercises. After this practice, everyone gets a detailed personal score report about their strengths and areas of development.

These centers are better for middle managers or young leaders to appreciate how to move towards and if it is worth developing.

The assessment center helps the business to spot whom to consider as the next generation of leaders/managers of the company.
